SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues, delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries that result from:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or illegible shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Shipping information entered in incorrect fields (such as entering the delivery address in the billing address field)
- Failure to include essential delivery details such as apartment numbers, unit numbers, or special delivery instructions
- Addresses that cannot be located or verified by the shipping carrier
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review all shipping details before completing their order, ensuring that:
- The delivery address is complete and accurate
- All required fields are filled in correctly
- Special delivery instructions are clearly noted where applicable
Once an order has been dispatched to the address provided by the customer, any costs associated with re-delivery, address correction, or return to sender due to incorrect address information will be the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for re-shipping orders to corrected addresses.

SHIPPING ORDERS
Web order processing time for standard off-the-shelf products is up to ten business days within Australia from the date the order was originally placed. Longer waits may be required if the local supplier is currently out of stock. Delivery of customised goods can take up to four weeks as they are made-to-order and come from Germany. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control, including customs and freight processing.
Please note: During busy festive periods and public holidays in Australia, there may be delays with order processing, dispatch and delivery.
Bulky and large orders are delivered to ground floor level only - additional charges may apply for alternative delivery arrangements.
Please note: we cannot post volumetric orders to PO boxes. Please send your order to an alternative address as our courier for volumetric packages does not deliver to PO boxes.
