ERRORS OF INFORMATION ON SITE LISTINGS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price through an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a typographical error, Lymph Drainage Specialists shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lymph Drainage Specialists shall issue a credit to your credit card account for the charges incurred.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
Any item that has been ordered with non-standard features as depicted on product pages cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement, unless it has been deemed faulty by Lymph Drainage Specialists staff or the manufacturer. Non-standard features may also delay the dispatch of your item.

Please note that Lymph Drainage Specialists cannot be held responsible for any request for customised features which were incorrectly typed in by customers during the checkout process. Customers should ensure that they are 100% satisfied with the text they have entered before completing the checkout process and payment. If customers are in any doubt about the features they require, or the anatomical positioning of those features, they are advised to contact Lymph Drainage Specialists BEFORE completing the order.

Please note that due to the automated nature of the ordering process, it is not possible to change the customised features request after an online order has been submitted and confirmed. Lymph Drainage Specialists will accept no responsibility to honour requests to change the customised features after an order confirmation has been issued.

PRICE DISPLAY ON WEBSITE - EX GST
Our product pricing is displayed as excluding GST on our website. Excluding GST pricing display is standard across the medical supplies industry. 

STORAGE AND USE OF INFORMATION
Credit card information is not stored or visible to Lymph Drainage Specialists staff in compliance with PCI regulations. Personal information such as email address, phone numbers etc. will not be sold to third parties. Lymph Drainage Specialists may use obtained information for marketing activities, but will always comply with the SPAM act, providing clear opt out options in all communications.

PAYMENT DETAILS
Lymph Drainage Specialists accepts the following payment methods for online orders: Paypal and credit card.

REFUND PROCESS
Lymph Drainage Specialists processes refunds twice per week. Due to the high volume of refunds and transactions in light of the ongoing supply chain impacts of COVID-19, please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed.

DISPATCH NOTIFICATIONS
Please note we will email you the Order Confirmation within 24 hours. Upon dispatch of the goods, you will receive an email notification within the following 24 hours with your tracking number.
